How to Use the Rate Sim Files

The unified rate sim tests the full pricing pipeline. Each test shipment is pre-classified so validation can be repeated consistently.

1. Import rate sim CSV into CLI FACTS rate simulator

2. Compare CLI output against the diagnostic reference and summary files

3. Investigate failures using lane and area coverage reports
